  4. Description of the style • Role’s • The teacher is to make the decisions to all subject matter and all decisions in the class and to provide feedback privately to the learners. • The learner is to practice individually and privately a task while making nine decisions. • The Nine Decisions

Subject Matter Completion • Practice reproduction of the model by oneself. • Activate stored memory to complete assignment. • To learn more from your own practices outside of school. • Realizing that repeating task will help you complete the task with 100 % success. • For 100 % success you have to understand and be open to feedback even if it is negative or positive. *We learn from our mistakes and by doing*

Behavioral Outcomes • Experience the beginning feelings of independency. • To help develop your beginning skills of these rules. • You have to realize that you must first learn before you make decisions. • Start to take accountability for the consequences of your decisions. • Start to learn to respect others decisions. • Start to begin a relationship with the teacher and learner. • Lastly, to develop trust in making your decisions or changing your decisions.
