United KingdomLogistics Information eXchange • Current Technical Objective: • Exchange information via messages (MTF), XML (Web Services) and a TIDE interface. • Trial Purpose: • The purpose of this UK based trial is to: • Exchange information with Coalition logistics systems • Present this logistics information within the CoJOP • Send this information to the UK (National) openJOP • Our CoJOP, the coalition deployment of our open Joint Operations Picture (openJOP), delivers a Shared Situational Awareness Picture from the information and applications available to it in the Coalition domain. • Value/Benefit Provided: • The operational value of this trial is that it provides the Warfighters with a Coalition view of logistics in both the Coalition and UK domains. Trial Description:A platform for information exchange between logistics systems.
