  4. Re victimización • Presunción de Nacionalidad • No discriminación • Integración y Cooperación Internacional • Interculturalidad y Armonía

PROTECCION • Intimidad, privacidad y absoluta reserva de la identidad de victimas (directas e indirectas) y denunciantes. • Precautelar la dignidad de las victimas • Posibilitar el cambio de identidad. • Posibilitar el cambio de residencia temporal. • Brindar seguridad y protección temporal en el entorno familiar. • Art. 88 de la Ley 263.

  6. PROTECCION NNA • Cuidado y atención especializada e individualizada. • Escuchar y tomar su opinión en cuenta. Se les debe informar sobre todas las acciones a realizar. • Presunción de la minoridad en la edad. • Atención especializada en función a sus necesidades y características especiales.

  7. PROTECCION NNA • Brindar información conforme a su idioma y de manera comprensible. • Utilizar la cámara Gesell • Evitar los medios de Comunicación en las actuaciones judiciales. • Activar la unidad de atención a Victimas y Testigos
