  1. Common Symptoms of Stress Students Face in Exams Parents have a lot of expectations from their children and they often pressurize their loved children to perform better in exams. Due to high family pressure and expectations, children mostly face exam stress. Today, we are going to discuss the common symptoms of exam stress that every student faces.

  2. 1.Uneasiness– It is the No.1 symptom of exam stress in students. They may feel anxious and it is a common emotion. They feel nervous due to huge pressure and problem they face before taking an exam. It may cause intense fear of a specific subject. This kind of fear may lead them to avoid even daily situations. 2.Headache – Due to constant pressure and stress, students often face different types of headaches, such as sinus headache and tension headache. Due to consistent headache, they may experience nausea, pounding headache, vomiting, etc. 3.Stomachache– Students face anxiety in their day-to-day life due to stress. It causes several issues which may lead to pain in your stomach. Some of the common symptoms are abdominal stress which causes a huge amount of tension in their abdomen. It may also cause irritable bowel syndrome. Once stomach starts paining because of stress or anxiety, it may take several days to settle down. 4.Lack of Sleep– Due to overstress or tension, students are more likely to lose sleep. Due to lack of proper sleep, they tend to perform poorer in exams and studies. For proper growth, having proper sleep is really very important for teens. It may cause sudden change in their behaviors. 5.Loss of Appetite– Appetite is a natural need or urge to food. Although over hunger can cause trouble, having a healthy appetite may be the sign of overall health and well-being. Due to overstress and exam pressure, students start losing interest in food. It can cause certain health issues, such as fatigue, unusual weight loss, lack of interest in things they really enjoy, etc. 6.Depression– There are different reasons teens suffer from depression. Continuous stress and lack of confidence due to poor performance can also cause depression. Changes in eating habits and reduced interest in food is one of the common symptoms of depression. Lack of interest in school, sleeping pattern changes, or no interest in participation on their favorite sports, and not hanging out with friends, are other symptoms of depression. 7.Getting Angry More Often– There are different reasons behind the outburst of students. Due to sudden pressure and lack of preparation, they start feeling powerless, anxious, hurt, and cannot tell what they need or want. So, they displace
