  3. 中山大學宿網報修程序 若有下列情況則會被停止網路使用權 • 因為違規行為中毒而被[封鎖IP] • 因為[華碩主機板的驅動程式錯誤造成卡號錯誤]，若是的話請檢查卡號是否為00-e0-06-09-55-66，若是，安裝華碩網路卡驅動程式。 • 因為Spam Mail被教育部[封鎖IP] • 因為違反著作權法而被計中停止網路使用權 pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  4. 若無上述情形的話，請繼續以下檢查 • 1.將室友確定可使用網路的電腦接在自己的網路孔上，測試能否使用網路。a.若室友的電腦仍能使用網路此情形通常為自己的電腦之設定問題，而非宿網線路的問題，您可以於板上發問請大家為您解答， 但網管同學們並無義務要為您解決個人電腦的問題。 pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  5. b.若室友的電腦也不能上網了 → [報修網頁]此情形通常為宿網網路設備的問題，請至 [http://dormnet119.cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw 申請報修] ， 並申明已確實做過上面的測試，且回報結果，網管同學們會儘速處理，寄信到網管信箱恕不處理。 pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  6. 網路真的不通? • web 看網頁是否可以打開 • bbs 可以嘗試連西灣試試 telnet://140.117.11.6 如果可以通, 就是DNS設定的問題.請到你的網路設定去檢查看看, DNS應該設為140.117.11.1（計中）168.95.1.1 （hinet） • ping ping同一區段的ip以及別區段的ip pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  7. 網路工具 - 1 • Ping • 測試是否能到達某台遠端主機 • Usage : ping [options] destination • Options : • - a Resolve addresses to hostnames. • - n count Number of echo requests to send. • - t Ping the specified host until stopped. • More : ping - h (Win32) / man ping (Unix) pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  9. 網路工具 - 2 • tracert (traceroute) • 得知封包到達遠端系統使用那條路由 • Usage : tracert [options] destination • Options : • - dDo not resolve addresses to hostnames. • - h hopsMaximum number of hops to search for target. • More : tracert -h (Win32) / man traceroute pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  13. 狀況 2 - 單一使用者網路完全不能動(1) • 檢測是否為使用者本身的問題 • 跳線、網路卡Driver、網路設定、blah blah~~ • One - Touch 接在DVO測試有無問題 • 使用DSP2000檢測線路 • DVO port, DOV<->配線盤, 配線盤<->Hub(Swtich) Hub(Switch) port • 特例 • Giga網卡 pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw

  17. 查詢網卡的MAC • 點選右下角 [開始] --> [執行] • 輸入"cmd"按enter (適用Windows2000,XP) 若作業系統為Windowns98則要輸入[command] 輸入ipconfig /all Physical Address就是你的網路卡卡號囉 pipi@cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw
