Following the editions of 2003 and 2005, WITFOR 2007 is the next step in reaching the goal of assisting developing countries to implement sustainable strategies for the applications of IT and to start projects that help to bridge the digital divide and improve the quality of life. Objectives • To find ways of utilising ICT for accelerated development in line with the UN Millennium Development Goals and the WSIS Plan of Action; • To pay special attention to the needs of developing countries and to assist them in accelerating development through the application of ICT IFIP WITFOR 2007 22-24 August, Ethiopia
