ACCUEIL A PARTIR DE 9H00 • - A votre arrivée, votre bus sera orienté vers le parking. • Une personne de l’organisation vous prendra en charge et vous conduira au secrétariat. • Vous y déposerez alors vos licences et vos feuilles de match (vous pouvez récupérer les feuilles de match sur le site du comité). • Nous vous remettrons l’organisation des poules • Nous vous orienterons ensuite vers vos vestiaires • DEBUT DES RENCONTRES 10H00 IMPERATIF • Les rencontres seront arbitrées par les jeunes U15 et U17 de l’ AS Bayeusaine de Rugby • - Seuls les éducateurs, chef de terrains et arbitres auront accès aux terrains. Les autres personnes devront rester derrière les mains courantes • REGLEMENT RUGBY DIGEST U7 ET U9 • PAUSE LE MIDI DE 12H00 A 13H15 REPRISE 13H30 • BUVETTE ET PETITE RESTAURATION • REMISE DES RECOMPENSES APRES LE GOUTER VERS 16H30

Pour des raisons évidentes d’organisations, toutes les inscriptions déposées après le 15 mai ne seront plus prises en compte. Ps un courrier vous sera adressé dés votre inscription concernant l’organisation de la journée.
