Using Lean Six Sigma – Call Center to monitor different metrics.

Dashboard Development • Practice Exercise - Cureitall Hospital would like to introduce Orthopaedic, Endocrine and Podiatric surgery. • Introduce new Surgery Type • Please go to Data spreadsheet and add surgery type C (Orthopaedic), D (Podiatric) and E (Endocrine) to the formula in Column H. • Please change cell B90, B91, B92 to C, cell B93, B94, B95 to D, and cell B96, B97, B98 to E. The Surgery Description (Column H) should be updated accordingly. • Measure the performance • Please go to Dashboard spreadsheet and update the “Average Revenue and Profit” chart to reflect the new surgery type. • Can you develop a new chart to demonstrate the performance of the new surgery type in terms of actual stay and margin?
