  8. Paper Erratum • O1 Stochasticisotropicsearchpaper: Upper Limits on the StochasticGravitational-Wave Background from Advanced LIGO’s First ObservingRunPhys. Rev. Lett. 118, 121101 – Published 24 March 2017 • Mail by Andrew Matas on May 2nd:"Ithasrecently come to the attention of the stochasticgroupthattherewasan error in Figure 1 of the O1 isotropicsearchpaperhttps://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.118.121101. Essentially, in this figure we show an estimator for the energydensityin the stochastic background multiplied by h0^2, instead of the energydensityin the stochastic background, where h0=0.68 is the Hubbleconstantdividedby 100 km/s/Mpc. Thisdoesnotaffectanyotheraspect of the paper, includingparameterestimation and upperlimits. We are planning to submitan erratum to PRL. A draft of the erratumis on the DCC here: https://dcc.ligo.org/P1700092 • Deadline for comments: May 5, 2017 • Issuealreadypresentedto the stochasticgroup, aswellas the DAC and LSC Executive Committee. VIR-0288A-17

  9. Publication Rules • The document we use as guidelines is called "LVC Publications Policies for O1” (see https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-M1500298 ) • Everyone is assuming that these rules also stand for O2. • To make things clear, we should rename the document to "LVC Publications Policies for O1 and O2”. • The proposed change has been discussed and approved in the LSC ExComm on May 1st . • VSC approval is requested.
