  2. What is a  Mediation? In marries at some time experience difficulties and stress. Family disputes can be about almost anything. But divorce and the court is not the only option. Family law problems can be resolved without going to court. Family Law Mediation is an effective tool for parties to reach a resolution of all issues without the need to resort to litigation. It can also assist parties who have commenced proceedings, but wish to resolve their matter without incurring the significant costs of proceeding all the way to a final court hearing.
