Results: • 6 specialised workshops- networking • More than 14 infodays and brokerage events in NMS and ACC regions(participants from the scientific community and companies) • Website: http://www.transfer.edu.pl/reginnet/ • REGinNET leaflet • Network newsletters (available on the project website) • Partner searches cooperation • Regional Contact Points Reference Guide – a tool for the RCP staff • 26 fellowships • Networking of partners, bilateral contacts, cooperation, more than 40 effective partnerships in projects

Achievements Increased capabilities of 13 Regional Contact Points from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey better knowledge on specific FP6 issues as result of workshops, exchange of experience and fellowships, provision of information and assistance to the regional scientific community and companies long term network of contact points enabling active search for the researchers and in the region to be matched with researchers and companies from Member States

Achievements Information and assistance provided to the regions increased awareness on the FP6 priorities and specific calls, participation rules, stimulation of the proposal preparation practical training on how to participate in FP for potential applicants and how to prepare a good proposal based on best practices from Old Member States international contacts between the researchers with a view of future partnerships in project consortia – initiated on the brokerage events, assisted as a result of fellowship and later on as the mediation between the project partners.
