  5. Facts about the Dwarf African Frog • Size- 4 cm (1 ½ inches) • Natural habitat—fresh water in Democratic Republic of the Congo and lower Congo • Adult frogs breathe through lungs; take oxygen from air • Burbling • Feeding behavior • Successful breeding not likely in captivity

Fiddler Crabs • 24 hours before arrival: Prepare two holding pails with salt water and sand • Net crabs and place in holding tanks • Feed dried fish food immediately—one pinch in water and one pinch in sand • Cover pails—provide air holes • Crabs need indirect light and temperatures between 68-77 degrees Don’t overfeed!!!
