  1. The 3 Branches Project By Carlos Cortes

  2. 1st Executive Branch • The Executive Brach • The Ex-ecutive Branch is everything like the President, Vice President, and things very close to these. You will have to be 35 years old and have been living here for 14 years in the U.S.A. and you need to have born in America. The President and the Vice president have the same work life so they work for 4 years and then they will have to rerun but you can only be president for 8 years total. • The jobs of the executive branch are to make treaties, propose laws, make sure everyone follows the laws and more • They write things that the other should have and then they will compare and agree on what they wrote

  4. 2nd Judicial Branch • The Judicial Branch is a part of the supreme court and the chief of justices these are the top of the top and there final words cannot be changed be cause they so powerful that their words are un-top-able • There is no age requirement to be a chief of justice even a toddler could be a chief of justice but he/she would have to be appointed by the president and the senate and the house. The age limit is until you are (without life) • The two other Branches can approve or reject the proposals that the branch wanted. One example is that the Judicial Branch has is that they want to appoint judges but the Executive Branch can reject or approve because they check and balance their ideas. • The next picture will show that there is no age limit and that they have the final word

  5. Legislative Branch • The Legislative Branch is mostly about congress • This means the House of representative and the senate these two important things because they were in charge of declaring laws and they could veto the president. • You will have to be a U.S citizen for 9 years and you have to be 30 years old. You serve 6 years and you can serve unlimited times
