  1. Logistics EGEE'07 Budapest – 1st October 2007.

Programme etc • In your conference pack, you will find a single sheet programme (the floor plan is on the back), which can be folded and put into your badge holder. • The printed programme may have changed. • The most up-to-date programme is on Indico and will be shown on the displays at the entrance of the rooms and at the registration desk. • Coffee and refreshments will be served at the ground floor and outside the plenary room. No coffee is served in Hotel Rege. • Lunch will be served in the restaurants of Hotel Rege. • Please aware that the Rege I and Rege II rooms are at the Hotel Rege. Logistic Info, 1st October, 2007

  3. Programme etc/2 • Smoking is not allowed inside the ECC. • The Group photo will be taken on Tuesday (2 October) after the morning plenary. • The feedback form link will be sent to you by email. It will also be available from the conference website. A gift will be given to those who complete it. • The Gala Dinner is taking place on Wednesday on the EUROPA boat, buses will take you there from the ECC and will also take you back to your hotels. • We plan to make a seat plan.   4. Transport and transfers • The schedule of the morning bus service from the hotels to ECC is slightly modified. Please check the exact departure time at the hotel receptions. • The modified times are: • Hotel Novotel Centrum 07:45 • Hotel Astoria 07:55 • Hotel Sofitel 08:10 • Hotel Bara 08:15 • Hotel Budapest 08:20 • The 6x6 Taxi Company support our guests by offering a discount rate.   5. Public Transport • Public transport is relatively cheap in Budapest. You can buy different types of tickets (single and block tickets, daily and weekly passes). • Please note you can not buy tickets from the driver. Tickets must be bought in advance. There are some tickets available at the registration desk. Otherwise you can buy these in tobacco stores or Metro stations. Logistic Info, 1st October, 2007
