5. Documents • Allows a user to enter and save district-created documents related to a student’s learner plan • Plans may be created using built-in Editors or • FDF

6. Documents • Built-in Editors are provided by Campus and each section may be selected as desired

7. Editing Existing Data • FDF (Forms Document Format) allows districts complete flexibility in creating their own custom forms and having Campus populate key fields directly from the database • Ames Schools Examples

8. The Contact Log • Contact Log may be used to track conversations regarding the student with stakeholders • Contact Log belongs to the STUDENT and not the USER
