ACCESS PROJECT - TRAIN THE TRAINER SEMINAR UDINE, SEPTEMBER 2004 RDC’s activities for business stimulation • Management of the Regional Guarantee Fund • The guarantee Fund is a financial instrument assuring a guarantee to loan that entrepreneurs obtain from the chosen banks. The purpose of that loan is acquisition of new equipment, building and adaptation of business premises and acquisition or settlement of land for building business premises. • Publishing a magazin for entrepreneurs “PgP” • The basic purpose of this publication is to inform entrepreneurs and craftsmen about actual novelties in South Primorska. It is printed monthly in collaboration with RDA North Primorska and has a circulation of 11.200. • Implementing the “voucher” system of counselling • The purpose of the project is to offer support to wide group of entrepreneurs as well as to ensure a subsidized and quality counselling with the aim to promote business and self-employment and to create new jobs. • Innovation Breakthrough of Primorska IN-PRIME • A programme connecting three regions oriented to stimulating business innovation and competition. The strategic object of IN-PRIME is to reach an accelerated development by synergy of naturl, human, financial and technology resources. • Organizing and implementing training (workshops and seminars) www.rrc-kp.si
