  1. Fahrenheit 451 a dystopian novel by Ray Bradbury

Number the paragraphs. • On a separate piece of notebook paper • Write down the title of the article • Write down the main idea(s) for each of the numbered paragraphs. • Under your list, use the main ideas to write a summary about the article. • Topic sentence: identify title of article, author, and “big picture” main idea. • Share with someone who read the other article. • While listening to your partner, take Cornell notes on the back “The Fifties” / “Science Fiction”
