ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • CONEVyT State Coordinator • Official liaison among OSPI, CONEVyT-INEA & Colegio de Bachilleres, Mexican Consulate, and Other Mexican Government Institutions Related to the WA State CONEVyT Portal. • Provide Trainings 1-5 to Establish CONEVyT Plazas Comunitarias • Promote WA State CONEVyT Portal • Establish a State-Wide Core-Training Group • Create and Sustain a CONEVyT Portal and Plaza Comunitarias Advisory Group • Keep Integrity of the Program, Maintains Confidentiality of Passwords, Grades, Staff and Student Information, Release and allocate Exams. • Monitor and Support Appropriate Functionality of Coordinators and Plazas Comunitarias • Collect and Organize Data, and Channel it to the Appropriate Organizations. • Conduct Periodical Evaluations to Monitor and Adjust Program Implementation

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • District Coordinator • Serving several school sites • Coordinates all site coordinators: provides passwords, training, and staff support • Troubleshoot Technical and Administrative Issues to State CONEVyT Coordinator • Works closely with State CONEVyT Coordinator • Provides School District Data & Statistics • Reports CONEVyT Problems • Requests and Provides CONEVyT Training

ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED… • On-Site Coordinator • Assigns Courses and Exams • Exclusivity in Proctoring Exams • Trains CONEVyT Tutors and Advisors • Provides Exam Passwords • Troubleshoot Technical and Administrative Issues to District Administrator • Maintains and Reports Data to District Coordinator • Schedules and Conducts CONEVyT and Colegio de Bachilleres Exams • Weekly or Bi-weekly • Confidentiality

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED… • CONEVyT Tutors and Advisors • Instructs Students on Basic Computer Usage • Knowledge of Math, Science, Spanish, etc. • Keep and Report attendance • Certified Staff for High School Students • School Credit • Classified Staff for Parents • Community Leaders • Literacy-High School Education

  5. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED… • On-Site Child-Care Provider • Background Check • At least one professional Supervisor • Coordinates learning activities for children • Snacks • Games • Students and Volunteers • Community Hours for school projects • Community Volunteers

  7. CONEVyT ON-SITE PROGRAMS • HIGH SCHOOLS • High School Credit (Required and Electives) • School Hours (Specific Assigned Periods) • Before and After School Programs • MIDDLE SCHOOLS • Same as High Schools • PARENTS • Evenings or Weekends

  8. IMPLEMENTATION • Schools • At least 1-2 Certified Staff Members • School Coordinator • High School Credit Supervisor • Supervises and Trains Paraprofessionals • Applies CONEVyT Examinations • Paraprofessionals • Bilingual • Strong in the Content Core Areas • Assist CONEVyT Students
