On-Line Reporting • become available in May each year, after surveying is completed • results for every question, and response • results reported by grade, and a total • School district data is only available to school district • County and State data is available to everyone • Regional Prevention Centers • Office of Prevention • General Public

  3. Printed Reports • sent out to District Superintendent in August, with the registration forms for the new year’s survey • are relatively short and only contain a subset of questions.

  4. Scales vs. Questions • Questions are each item students are asked to respond to • Scales are created by compiling questions together to create a score • Scales give you a quick, overall picture of a risk or protective factor
