10. Our Installers and Electricians We have some of the best guys around, Our Installers have been in the field most of their lives and take great pride in what they do. Every job we do our guys shine thru, any issue on a job is easily rectified. Our Installer will look at the issue, come up with a resolve and contact who ever is needed to present the problem and the repair. All of our guys have been part of an “Engineering Repair Program” with McDonald’s both for Corporate and Franchise stores. We have learned the importance of a proper install for short and long term reasons. We have been trained in “What to look for” when it comes to Welds, Anchor Bolts, Steel, etc… and are now able to provide our knowledge on other projects for other customers. Our Electricians are no Different! Regardless of Service or Install we strive to be the best while being safe. We understand the importance of what we do and do everything by the book. Our Lead Electricians do everything by NEC Standards, we do not skip steps or take shortcuts, we do what we were hired to do. 12. SAFETY Safety is a top priority for us. We work hard to ensure our employees are safe at all times and strive to push the policy that safety isn’t just our top priority but that it’s theirs! We ensure this by job site visits to do safety audits, supplying our employees with materials for tool box talks and ensuring that our guys are outfitted with proper and most current PPE, just to name a few. Safety for us isn’t just a necessary evil, it’s our moral responsibility and believe that safety should come before all else. Safety is second to none and runs parallel with job efficiency, completion and overall satisfaction!
