Lesbian and Bisexual Women’s Health Common Concerns and Local Issues Why a report on Lesbian & Bisexual women? • Most LGBT and women’s reports do not take Lesbian and Bisexual women’s specific issues into consideration • There is still little research on Lesbian and Bisexual women’s health issues (cfr HIV/AIDS) • The information available is only disseminated locally

  3. Lesbian and Bisexual Women’s Health Common Concerns and Local Issues Aim of the report • Share information and illustrate in the report what has been done by local organisations • Raise awareness of LB health issues: • among LGBT organisations themselves • within health care providers
