  6. Pre-Login Options Customize web pages to reflect your company or department’s image. Develop a complete website f or your operations or select only a few pages to highlight capabilities. • Pre-login pages allow you the flexibility to customize pages specifically dedicated to inform users about your department or company. • Pre-login pages are optional pages and most allow additional images and other graphical elements. • Available Pre-login pages: • Home Page • Mission Statement • Company History • Directory • News • FAQ’s • Services • Locations

  7. softWrench Post-Login • Login is specific to the user and will display and populate fields when appropriate. • softWrench recognizes the user’s job role as one of 6 user types. This prevents simple requestors access to secure documents or detailed reporting. • Request (failure) codes are preloaded into softWrench. Users simply select from the drop down menu.

Work Order Administration • Users can check information on their specific work order requests and view basic information, estimated completion, status and notes. • Once work orders are entered into the system they are immediately available to the Operator to verify and dispatch and can be quickly filtered. • Work orders are organized by status

Dispatch Work Orders • Once a work order is scheduled, notification can be sent to an e-mail address, fax, pager, or handheld device. • All the critical information for completing the work order is provided for the technician in an easy to read format. • Title Tags can be displayed in Spanish. • Detailed comments can be displayed on the work order form.

  10. Advanced Reporting • Standard and advanced reports are available to Administrators and Managers. Users can select Detailed View or Chart View of reports. • Create custom reports specific to your needs. Supply and Service Hosted Model (ASP) • We follow the highest industry security standards. • Your applications are monitored and backed up daily. • Your applications are automatically upgraded.
