  1. Assisted Study/CPD Programme Process Map Individual signs and returns bonding agreement to HR and confirms place on course with course provider. Complete assisted study/CPD request application form START Individual Training is discussed and recorded on staff review Meet to discuses how the training need can be met in other ways Individual & Line Manager Progress reviewed at 1:1 sessions Dean/ Academic Head of Department / Corporate Management Team (CMT) member Approve application, check that training is in budget. Send to HR. HoD notifies applicant of decision, giving reasons why the application has been unsuccessful. Application rejected HR Director approves the application. Completed form is forwarded to INCOME SERVICES AND APPLICANT HRinforms the Dean/ Academic Head of Department / CMT member giving reasons for decision. Signed bonding agreement received and placed on file, a copy is sent to payroll HR Bonding agreement is sent to applicant for completion Application rejected Application is then processed once FULLY approved and training is fully covered in the department budget Income Services
