  1. Amben Rose Market Research

  2. Define the Problem

  3. Why this is the problem • When stocking my store I would like to be able to know what dress type I should have the most of in stock, and I believe that casual dresses are what women would prefer to purchase.

  4. Objective • Women like casual dresses better then other dress types • Generally women spend less on casual dresses

  5. Obtain Data http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/87VYHGV

  6. What type of dress do women prefer?

  7. What do women see themselves spending on a casual dress

  8. Secondary data • You have no idea how hard it is to find a graph about casual dresses vs. non casual dresses….

  9. Analyze Data

  10. Recommend Solutions My solution for the problem I have addressed in this power point would be to stock a lot of casual dresses and sell them for a cheap price that still gives us a profit.

  11. Increase, increase, decrease • We would Increase Profits by stocking more dresses and promoting and advertising the new casual dresses that are new in stock. • We would increase Efficiency by having more people on the floor making customers happy and having more cashiers so everyone can go faster. • We would Decrease Expenses by charging just enough over expenses to make a profit but still making it cheap enough for customer budget.

  12. Solution • People said that they like casual dresses better then any other dress. People also said they would buy a casual dress cheaper then other dresses. I was trying to find what dresses I should stock and at what price. Based on the data that I have collected people love casual dresses and want to buy them for cheap . My solution is to stock more casual dresses then any other dress type and to sell them at a price that benefits me as well as the consumers budget.
