Coordination Activities – Network: Readiness/Contracts • Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care provide an up to date list of the top Behavioral Health and Physical Health Providers with which they are obtaining contracts with to demonstrate network sufficiency. This list will also include single case agreements. • Staffing, on boarding and facilities, member care transition with care data (all source) installed and go live ready and PNO’s capability to manage member Health Electronic Records. • Network contract timing for Behavioral Health Providers and understanding/maintaining current provider payment patterns. Coordination Activities – Member Information • Eligibility and Enrollment information to facilitate care management assignments and pharmacy preparation. • Demographic Electronic File (DEF) scheduled to transfer member informationfrom current Acute plans, BHS, and Magellan. • Acute Plan Responsibility – Update member handbooks and communicate with  members/providers that MMIC will be the new BH provider in Maricopa county – note that phone number is expected to be the same on 4/1 so no change to Member ID card.   4. Community Outreach and Engagement • CAC outreach with Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care to provide presentations to members with SMI at clinics, question tracking and answer on DBHS website. Members can email questions to community.transition@azdhs.gov • Specific letters being sent to members with SMI notifying that they will be dis-enrolled from their current Acute plan on 2/21/14.SMI members will not have a choice to opt out unless they are no longer designated SMI. • Several different letters scheduled to go out from MMIC starting 2/28….focused on SMI and utilizers of GMH/SA/Children’s behavioral health services. Community Outreach and Engagement – Phone contact • Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care has identified a 1-800 that they will use for incoming calls to respond to member questions. • Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care to handle majority of calls – so routing will transpire there. • Scriptswill be developed and shared among state agencies to establish consistent direction. Request For Information (RFI) for Greater AZ. • ADHS website location of RFI  www.azdhs.gov/procurement/rfi.htm • It is the responsibility of the Respondent to routinely check the ADHS Procurement website web site for any changes to the request. http://www.azdhs.gov/procurement/index.htm • The procurement specialist is Elena Beeman with ADHS.
