2. About the product “Kratasol” is used for reception of high-flow structural and cast concrete mixes with the improved viability and concrete of classes on strength up to В50 inclusive.  Superplasticizer “Kratasol” is used in manufacture of high-strength concrete,  heavy- and light-weight concretes, for the production of precast constructions, pressure-tight reinforced-concrete pipes, prefabricated constructions of  high-strength concrete; for the production of densely clad constructions (like frames, beams, columns and frameworks of bridges), reinforced-concrete products (flags and panels in mold batteries, on circulate-aggregate and conveyer lines), in building of main constructions of monolith structures with high level of reinforcement and complex configuration, in manufacture of plant-mixed concrete, manufacturing of concrete floors and coverings with high operational properties.

3. General properties • Kratasol© is the synthetic superplasticizer based on co-polymers of naphthalene sulphonic acid; • Does not contain caustic and harmful substances; • Increases mobility of concrete from P1 to P5 with significant improvement of viability and without strength reduction in regulated terms; • Water-reducing effect – up to 25% and more; • Increase strength characteristics (in comparison with the standard): - for water-reduced concrete mixes – by 50% and more - for plasticized concrete mixes – by 10% and more • Cement consumption reducing effect – up to 25% and more; • Moister resistance – W12 and higher (increases for 2-3 steps); • Frost resistance – F300 in salts (increases for 1-2 steps); • Provides significantly better keeping quality characteristics of concrete mixes till 4 hours, changing quantity of added admixture.

Extract from the act of conducting comparative efficiency tests for Kratasol and other superplasticizers * stratification of the sample, grasping of the solution The tests were conducted at industrial concrete admixtures; concrete admixtures were prepared in laboratory mixer, the calculated amount of the admixture was later added manually.Test results are presented in the figure. Their analysis allows to make the following conclusions:1. Kratasol admixture has higher plasticizing ability when compared to analogue dosage of Admixture №1,22. Kratasol provides significantly better keeping quality characteristics of concrete in comparison with tested concrete admixture with various cement consumption.3. Kratasol has higher concrete strengths characteristics in comparison with theAdmixture №1,2

12. Dosage, applicationand storage Kratasol recommended dosage is 0,2-0,6 % from dry cement mass in dry (powder) admixture substance calculation, depending on technology requirements and using conditions. It is added into concrete mixer in liquid condition as water solution of concentration 32-34% or in powder condition. Kratasol in powder condition quickly and completely dissolved in usual water under normal conditions. Shelf life for product in powder and liquid condition is 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
