Human Resources strategy: A firm’sdeliberateuse of human resources to help itgain or maintainanedgeagainstitscompetitors in the marketplace. The grand plan or general approach anorganizationadoptstoensurethatiteffectivelyusesitspeopletoaccomplishits mission.
