  3. Graduation Requirements Students must earn a total of 80 credits over the grade 10, 11 and 12 years • Required courses 48 credits • Career Life Connections & Capstone 4 credits • Elective courses 28 credits • 16 credits must be at the 12-level including English Studies 12

  7. Numeracy & Literacy Assessments • All students must complete the assessments before graduation • Currently, post secondary schools do not look at the grades for admissions, however this could change. • January and June writing sessions

Courseloadfor grade 10 • Grade 10 students must take 4 classes within the timetable per semester at Riverside. • Any student taking an online course will do so in addition to their full course load at Riverside. • IDS courses are considered 9th courses • Athletic Leadership • Performing Arts Leadership • Green Shirts

  17. Riverside Outdoor Education Program (Sem 2) • Credit for the following courses: Science 10, Math Found & Pre-Calc 10, PE 10, Leadership 10, Career Explorations 10. Students will receive a certificate in basic first aid. • Outdoor activities will include but are not limited to hiking, backpacking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and rope skills. • Information Meeting on: Thursday, February 14th at lunch in Portable 3 3
