  1. Yearbook sales

10 ways to sell a yearbook
  2. What we need to do Sell yearbooks
  3. Why? We must sell 300 books by January 20th There are lots of school breaks coming up! It’ll be here soon. If we do not sell 300 by January 20th, we will cut pages out of the book (mostly sports sports) to stay under budget
  4. How? Very inexpensively
  5. Assignment (on our school website) Compile a list of 10 ad plans on a word document or powerpoint presentation- google drive ok (save to your computer, flash drive, or e-mail it to me with name in document title) Include: Written description of each idea Illustration or graphic of each idea (simple like the examples is fine) Cost estimate (research actual prices) Any other requirements (timeline, approvals needed, etc)
  6. Additional details Work alone or with one partner Due 8am Monday- 50 points- late work accepted for half points. If you are absent or tardy I need it by Friday or by e-mail 8am. Limitations: no price promotions (eg $5 off if…) prices are fixed. keep it as cheap as possible. 5 of the ideas should cost less than $30 No plain mailer home (we’ve already done that) Borrow from the internet, not me or your peers. Search for “yearbook sales, yearbook advertising, etc” and you will find lots of ideas. Adapt them to work at Galt High.
