ABOUT US • Established in the year 1980, Premier Enterprises, Tamil Nadu, is amongst the largest manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of surgical dressing disposable, medical dressing disposable, wound dressing disposable, etc., like medical gauze products, cotton products and other hygiene care products used in the heath care industry. • Over the years, we have been successfully catering to our broad client base in the domestic markets. Our well established base in Rajapalaiyam (Tamil Nadu) also aids us in fulfilling the requirements of our clients as per their defined specifications. Our state-of-the art manufacturing unit, technologically advanced machinery and a team of adept professionals aid in the smooth production of our product gamut in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 13485:2003 and CE standards..

Rajendramani, the Managing Director of our company. He is a M.A. in Economics and has wide experience of 30 years in exporting of cotton based health care products. PRODUCT PROFILE We offer a world-class assortment of medical gauze and other health care based products like surgical dressing disposable, medical dressing disposable, wound dressing disposable, etc., that are manufactured in conformation to the international standards. These are made using quality cotton yarn, cotton grey cloth and cotton bleached cloth that helps us to deliver in the end products hygienic and microbial free quality standards.

  8. INFRASTRUCTURE • We are the largest provider of medical gauzes in India and our robust infrastructure setup facilitates efficient production of our qualitative range. It houses different departments working in close coordination. Further our 1000 strong workforce including highly quality professionals, quality controllers, and packaging experts also assist us in flawlessly conducting the involved operation procedures.

The different units include: • Manufacturing • Quality Testing • Warehousing • Packaging • Bleaching • Spinning unit comprising of Blow room, Carding, Drawing, Simplex, Spinning and Auto-conerOur 3 manufacturing units spread across a vast sprawling area of 25 acres and carries high installing capacity of 14000 kilos cotton yarn, 500000 meters cotton grey gauze cloth, 200000 meters bleached gauze cloth and one million gauze swabs per day.

MACHINE INSTALLED • Our 3 manufacturing units are spread across a vast sprawling area of 25 acres and have high installation capacity of 14,000 kilos cotton yarn, 5,00,000 meters cotton grey gauze cloth, 2,00,000 meters bleached gauze cloth and one million gauze swabs per day.The different machines installed in our manufacturing unit comprise of the following:• Spinning TRUTZSCHLER from Germany for Blow Room RIETER from Switzerland for Drawing• KTTM from Japan for Spinning Auto Coner SAVIO ESPERO from Italy OE ELITEX from Czech Republic • Sizing: Warping and Sizing 6 setsWeaving: Power looms -1200 Upgraded power looms ¿ 180 Air jet looms – • 75 Batching and inspection machines • ROTOWA from Switzerland is exclusively designed for bleaching of medical gauze with 3 lines supported with the Babcock and Monford Hot air stenter-dryer and is facilitated with online slitting of rolls
