  2. PRINSIP ANALISA • MINYAK KACANG/SAMPEL DILARUTKAN DALAM HEKSAN, DITAMBAHKAN LARUTAN KOH METANOLAT, AGAR TERJADI METIL ESTER, CAMPURAN DISENTRIFUS, SUPERNATAN YANG MENGANDUNG METIL ESTER SIAP DIINJEKSIKAN KE GLC.

PRINSIP KERJA • REAGEN: LAR 2 N KOH METANOLAT DAN HEKSAN • TAHAP PERSIAPAN SAMPEL: • TIMBANG MINYAK TEPAT ( 10 mg) larutkandalam 2 ml Heksan, tambahkan 0,2 ml @ M KOH metanolat, Vortex campurantsb, sentrifusdgnkecepatanttt (3000 rpm) selama 5 menit. Supernatanmengandungmetil ester siapdiinjeksikankedalam GLC.

KONDISI MESIN GLC • GLC Hewlett-Packard model 5170 A detektor FID. • Kolom stainless steel 6 ft internal diameter 1/8 inch, diisi 10% DEGS pada 80-100 mesh Chromosorb W/AW • FASE MOBIL: GAS N2 20 ml/menit, H2 20 ml/menit • SUHU INJEKTOR 250 OC, SUHU DETEKTOR 300 OC DAN SUHU KOLOM 195 OC • Sampeldiinjeksikan 1,2 uL • Kfromatogram yang dihasilkansbb:
