  4. User Requirements • Help promote web presence for the organization • Showcase the organization’s successes • Better navigation for the website • Implement database tools for managing and reporting the site's e-commerce functions (donations , ticketing etc)

  6. Why CMS?? Decentralized maintenance Configurable access restrictions Consistency of design is preserved. Navigation is automatically generated and adjusted. Content is stored in a database. Dynamic content
