MOBILITY PROGRAM (2011- 2015): • MobileMe Online Application Tool • (OUTBOUND +INBOUND) • • INSTRUCTIONS to enter PROGRAM + COURSES • (Bachelor, MSc, PhD, Staff) will be provided by Malardalen) • • Maintained by Internal Coordinator and supported by UTM-ISC Mobility • Contact Faculty coordinator for Courses Upload to MobileMe Online Tool • response to queries from Inbound applicants • Making arrangements for inbound exchange students (offer letter, accommodation, etc)

Responsibilities of Faculty • Appoint International Faculty Coordinator • Ensure ONLINE Listof International Academic Programs (UG/PG) to be offered to Exchange Students • Each Program should includes • List of courses/subjects offered by semester • Provide Synopsis for all courses • Provide Proram Specification • (Learning Objectives/Outcomes/ Assessments Methods/etc) • To enable Exchange Student to • do Program Mapping/ Credit Transfer • plan for the exchange period

Ticket Price =Euro 2,500 2 months’ payment in a cheque upon arrival By Host University Open Local Bank Account By candidate • Monthly payment direct to bank • Outstanding payment due to flight ticket and transit payback in a cheque/direct to bank Candidate/Host/Bank Candidate/ UTM Coordinator Candidate return loan to UTM (if any)

OTHERS • All other fees/insurance will be settled between host university and MDH • for PG/PDoc staying for long period >24 months or very short period for staff who need multiple travels to the host university- they might be able to claim the cost as long as the total cost < Euro2,500 (subject to approval by MDH)
