  5. Natural Resources How does the population affect the use of natural resources? It affects it by when cars and factories plus more release chemicals that go up to the clouds. Also when it rains the chemicals in the rain kill plants and animals. Another one is that fertilizer and salt flow into the rivers, canals, lakes and more and pollute our water.

  6. Severe Weather What is the severe weather in the northeast region? The severe weather in the north east is floods, more snow in the Winter, hurricanes, warmer in the Fall. 9 1 10 2 1

  7. Early settlers /History • The native Americans introduced the pilgrims to crops. Squanto shared the traditional native American harvesting festival with the English. The pilgrims had the first thanksgiving with members of Wampanoag. Early Settlers: • Pilgrims • Native Americans 7 6

  8. Economy A way that the economy has changed over time is that the Hershey factory went from man and women wrapping the Hershey's. Than now a days machines have taken over industries and men and women are only selling them. 5 4
