  2. How it Works The ETITEL Super Unlimited Plan is a VoIP phone service, that works using an Internet connection. An Internet connection with a minimum 100 Kbps per extension is required for best quality.  A SIP IP Phone is required for every extension. We recommend our high quality preconfigured free SIP soft- phone (downloadable from our website www.etitel.com), or a compatible SIP hard-phone.  It is simple to set up with no investment in equipment.
