  2. What does it mean? • Believing in the value and services you provide • Connecting your mission to your work • Demonstratingconviction for your products and services • Being “called to serve” as a financial representative/advisor

What did it mean to Al Granum? • Recognizing and sharing the benefits of the career • Sharing his knowledge with the industry • Surrounding himself with individuals who also felt called to serve • He recited this poem often as a reminder of how we can change people’s lives with the value we provideZACH – can we embed video of him reading Touch of the Master’s Hand??

  4. Why did it work? • When you connect your work with your purpose, it becomes less like work. • Having clarity of purpose makes it easier to manage the rejection. • Purpose helps you focus on the service we offer and the difference we can make in people’s lives.
