  5. Standards Update Information Science Standards are available in CIITS Science Resources will be available by Mid to late February from Discovery? World Language Standards edits are being reviewed Health and PE Standards Edits are being reviewed

Training Update Information Curriculum Manager Training KDE will sponsor Curriculum Manager training in March that would be one day open to 25 districts for each day long session.  There will be a half day how to use the Curriculum Manger tool and a half day of working with participants on entering their district curriculum.   18. Co-Authoring Folders Item authoring teams can work within a single co-authoring folder to collaboratively create items, rubrics and passages. Co-authoring folders: Can be created by any user with Assess; co-authors in a folder can originate from any institution and level Can be edited at any time; empty folders can be deleted Create items, rubrics or passages from within a folder, or move them between folders “Share” multiple co-authored items to Item Central at one time

  26. District Configured KPIs – District Leadership District administrators have the ability to set their respective district’s goals directly from the KPI Dashboard

Anchor Items Test items can be designated as anchor items to be used as visual reminders A single test can have multiple anchor items Anchor items cannot be applied to activities Only the user who designates a test item as an anchor item will see the icon The anchor item can be added at any point during and after test creation

  32. Support item authoring in Chinese ‘Chinese’ language can be enabled on the System tab to create assessment items/passages/rubrics in Chinese Search for these items in Item Central using the language field Assessment creators can create an express test by filtering items by language

Search for Standards by dot notation Users can quickly and efficiently search for a Standard using a whole or partial Standard ID, whole or partial keyword A type-ahead field displays choices that are refined as more information is entered Note: Users will be able to search by a standard ID or ‘keyword’ only. The ‘:’ is a delimiter and should not be used as a search parameter.
