  10. How hard is it to migrate from Alpha to Integrity? • Its easy for most customers!!! • Most ports are done in days / weeks vs. months / quarters / years when porting from VAX to Alpha • OpenVMS on Integrity is same as OpenVMS on Alpha Its Easy!

How do I get started? • Get current on your Alpha environment • Reasonable recent version of Operating System, compilers, and layered products • Check and list your dependencies, such as 3rd party products and tools • Communicate directly with your 3rd party providers and let them know your plans to move to Integrity • Ease into Integrity, plan to run an Alpha and Integrity environment for a while • Consider expert help with planning and porting is you need skilled resources
