Answers • 1)We must eat less fat, less salt,sugar and more fruit,vegetables,cereals. • 2)Junk food is an informal term for food that is of little nutritional volue and often high in fat, sugar and calories. Junk foods typically cotain high levels of colories from sugar or fat with little protein,vitamins or minerals. Common junk foods icludesolted snack foods, gum,candy, sweet desserts,fried fast food. • 3)The term health food is generally used to describe foods that are considered to be beneficial to health,beyond a normal healthy diet required for human nufrition .“Health food” is sometimes used as an umbrella term encompassing natural foods,organicfoods,whole foods.

  6. Salt. Everyone needs some salt, but not nearly as much as many people eat. Salt also causes heart disease. So cut down on salt whenever you can. Make simple changes in your diet. - Use less salt in cooking. - Try flavoring your food with lemon juice,herbs ,spices or mustard instead of salt. -Try to get out of the habit of adding salt at the table.

  7. SUGAR • Sugar may taste good, but of course it contains nothing but calories. And because sugary foods don’t fill up for long, it is too easy to eat to much. • Some advice: • - Try to drink your tea and coffee without sugar. • - Use unsweetened fruit juice. • -Try not to eat much sweets, chocolates and biscuits. • -Use less sugar in your cooking.

  8. EATING FOR A HEALTHY HEART Heart disease is the greatest and single cause of death in the world. There are several sings that affect developing heart disease. One of these is the kind of food you eat. A healthy diet can reduce your risk of heart disease. How can we all change our diet for the better? Keep in mind.
