  2. Transformational Leadership • The rider is like the transformational leader because the rider develop over times from rookie to safe rider. Safe Stupidity

  3. Path/Goal • The track is like path/goal leadership because in order to get to you destination you need to follow the path that is front of you. Sometime the path is windy, straight, hilly. It is how you get to the goal that counts.

  4. Situational Leadership • Situational Leadership is like the road condition. Riders must adjust to his surroundings. Due to the surroundings, a rider must able to adapt and react quickly and safely to the atmosphere that is coming up. animals Traffic Potholes Rain

  5. Trait Leadership • Trait Leadership is like the bike you ride. Each bike is made for a different kind of rider. They all have different personalities and made for different purposes. What is you personality.

  6. Authentic Leadership • The authentic leadership is your engine. No matter what bike you ride the engine is what stays the same and is what is going to get you started. Engine represents be yourself if you make too many alteration you will not start.

  7. MLQ • MLQ is your side mirrors because it helps you be aware of everything that is going around you. But that does not just to rely on your mirrors to look out for other drivers you still need to look around and turn you head. The mirrors represents how drivers see you and how you see yourself

  8. Narsistic Leadership • Narsistic Leadership is the brakes because they are very important to keep you safe if used correctly. If you overbrake you can skid and get into an accident. Or if you hold your brake you cause you motorcycle to burnout .As a Narsistic Leadership you need to control yourself so you would still be a great leader.

  9. LMX Leadership • LMX leadership is like your safety apparel because if you happen to crash these items reduce the injury. Just like followers make the leader better apparel keeps you safer.

  10. Transactional Leadership • Transactional Leadership is taking the Motorcycle Safety Course because they give you a coach and teach you to be a safe rider. You are in a constant transaction between the rider and the coach. You learn to respect the bike, yourself, other drivers and riders, and your surroundings. They teach you how to survive.

  11. LEADER BE SAFE AND ENJOY THE RIDE!!!
