RRB Preparation Tips to score above Minimum Qualifying Marks in RRB NTPC 2020 CBT-1 NTPC 2020 Exam Update: Check As per the latest notification, the Ministry of Railways stated that due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducting process got interrupted. In spite of, Railway Recruitment Board is going to speed up the recruitment process as situation eases out. The board has been assured that Indian Railways is formulating a viable strategy to conduct massive examination of 1.26 crore applicants and scheduling of all the selection processes while observing all norms in Covid-19 Pandemic scenario. As per the new report, a Senior Railway Official said that once the Exam conducting Agency (ECA) gets appointed and the selection process recover from tenders and make a bid for only then the recruitment examination for RRB NTPC might be conducted by the end of this year. The normalisation method of CBT 1st stage will be used for shortlisting of aspirants for CBT 2nd Stage according to their merit: RRB NTPC 1st Stage CBT Minimum Qualifying Marks2019-20 Minimum Qualifying Marks in percentage Category Unreserved 40% EWS 40% OBC 30%

  2. SC 30% ST 25% Note: These percentages of marks for eligible PwBD candidates may be relaxed by 2% in case of shortage of PwBD aspirants against vacancies reserved for them. Some important tips to score above in the RRB NTPC Exam: Make a time Table: Candidates need to make their preparation well organized and disciplined to start preparation for RRB NTPC examination. Once they understand ‘What to prepare?’ then it’s them responsibility to plan ‘How to prepare?’. Aspirants should make a time-table with both short-term and long-term strategies that would help in preparing and set realistic goals that they can achieve easily to get their dream government job. Practice Previous Year Question Papers: Candidates must prepare previous year question papers to know the exam pattern, topic-wise distribution of questions, difficulty level, marking scheme, etc. Because solving previous year question papers will boost their confidence and increase their question-solving skills too. Mock Tests: It plays the most prominent role in any Govt. Exam Preparation. Whenever, aspirants should attempt mock tests of their examination only after completing their entire syllabus. This will polish their strategy and sharpen their time management skills and boost confidence to get better score.
