Committee Functions: Product • SC opening video with a history orientation • Other recognition of long-term attendees • “all timers” • SC generations • Ribbon wars • Booth in exhibit hall (contiguous or punctuated?) • Propose elements in other parts of the conference • Panel of past chairs • Awards: best SC paper for last 20 years

Committee Functions: Activities • Produce product above (composition, …) • Solicit ideas (early on) • Solicit loans and donations • Track offers, loans, shipping, return • SC history retrospectives (more below) • SC = StoryCorps (Costa) • Historiography and archival creation/management • Plan for sustainment: Meaning • Contribution to multiple e-archives • Perhaps create SC archive (how to manage for long-term) • List of locations of physical collections
