  1. 1. The judges decision is final 2. All ages as at 1st January 2014 3. All classes will be judged under Pony Club Rules for Show jumping 2014. 4. No horse or pony may compete in more than three classes. 5. No entries will be accepted after the closing date., and it may be limited if necessary. It will be running on a tight schedule due to being outdoors and needs to be finished before the light fades. 6. It is the responsibility of the Team Managers/Parents to ensure that tack & turnout is in accordance to Pony Show Jumping rules Failure to comply may result in elimination. 7. Legal Liability. Save for the death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event nor the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the land-lord or his tenant, accepts anyliability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. En-tries only accepted on this basis. 8. Hard hats to PAS015:1998, Snell E2001, BSEN1384:1997, EN1384: 1996, AS/NZS3838:2003 with CE mark and quality symbol (BSI Kite Mark, SA1 Global Symbol or official Snell label with number) must be worn at all times when mounted. Hats must be TAGGED according to the Pony Club rules. 10 Health and Safety. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective every-one must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards. 11 It is advised that Back Protectors are worn when jumping.   2. Directions to Stockland Lovell Southbound Leave the M5 at Jct 23. After you leave the dual carriageway on the approach to Bridgwater, turn right at the first set of traffic lights. Continue through 4 sets of lights until you reach a roundabout. Turn right onto the A39 to Cannington, where you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Stockland Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington on the Hinckley Point road, and is signposted on the left hand side. Northbound Leave the M5 at Jct 24, proceed into Bridgwater and take the A39 towards Minehead. As you approach Cannington you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Show jumping will be run as a 2 phase competition, Rules: Competitors jump just one round. If they are clear over the first part of the course (not against the clock) then the second half will be timed. All competitors jump the full course. CLASS 1. Riders aged 10 & Under (can be aided) Fences 1’9—2,.0 approx CLASS 2 Riders aged 12 & Under Fences 2.0—2.3 approx CLASS 3 Open Fences 2.3 —2.6 approx CLASS 4 Open Fences 2.6 —2.9 approx CLASS 5 Open Fences 2.9—3.00 approx Rosettes: First 6 teams in each class First 6 individuals in each class Entries:- Each class is open to individuals & teams of 4.
