  1. Appraisal Tracker This project is aimed at developing a software that is of importance to either an organization or a college. This Appraisal Tracker system is used to track the performance of individuals. An Individual’s performance is rated by himself and his superior in the organization. The Task for the next 6 months is set by the superiors. The performance rating is done based on several factors like the timeliness, quality of work, communication skills etc. This project is going to consist of the following 3 Modules. Administrator Module Employee Module Superior Module The project named as “Appraisal Tracker” has been developed under the software eclipse using JSP as the front end tool and SQL Server 2000 as the back end tool. My role-To design the UI of all the 3 module.
