Pour effectuer une recherche sur le nom d’une entreprise il faut penser aux trois points suivants : - La raison ou dénomination sociale : nom sous lequel l’entreprise est identifiée auprès du Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés - Le nom commercial : nom sous lequel la société se fait connaître de sa clientèle - L’enseigne : signe visible qui permet de localiser et de distinguer une société La recherche de raison sociale 3.1
