  2. How to Request Records • All records that are not confidential are available for public inspection and copying. The Commission may supply records in various formats, and fees may be associated with such provision. Anyone may submit a request. • All Petitions are accessible through the Public Record Search available by a link on the system’s main page. The orders are available when the Petition’s status is closed. Merit Rule 455:10-1-5

  3. Public Record Search • Log onto www.mpc.ok.gov. • Click Online Filing.

  4. Public Record Search • Orders may be searched by combination of: • Case Number • Petitioner’s Last Name • Agency • Petition Type • Judge • Date Fields Note: Agency is required

  5. Public Record Search • The example below shows a case that had been “dismissed-no jurisdiction”.

  6. Public Record Search • You can view a copy of the order by clicking the case number
