If you feel it is justified to consider something different than the FA, • Always get something for something – fairness • Usually swap for training commitment • If needed, they can pay over time with future closings • Hard Costs = $2,750 to Close an Office • Assume either you or the office will pay this minimum. 2. Make a Recommendation to Your DVP 3. DVP Gets Final Approval from Mike 4. Discuss Final Recommendation with the Office • Be Fair to Fair Offices, Be Nice to Nice Offices • Be Empathetic, To Health and Disaster Situations • Be Tough on Offices that have Ignored Your Counsel • Be Very Tough on Unethical Offices • Be Very Tough on Unfair Offices
