  2. Change Management Function Description Suppliers' plan should be provided when they have change in coming month. The change should be approved by SQE and SQE will co-work with Compal relative functional teammate Supplier Action I.At the end of every month, SQE System will automatically send message to notify the supplier to update the next month’s projects, first they must login SIC portal. II.Also Supplier need fill the form in SIC System, when every project which need track route and any temporary change.

  3. Change Management Work Flow 一. Every Month SQE System Automatically send message to notify Supplier provide change plan 二、Supplier Login SIC Portal Change Management System 1. Every Month Reply Change Request Form 2. Fill out Site/Process/Parts change etc. data and Upload Relative File. 三、SQE Engineer confirm information ,SQE Leader Approve, notify RD and factory Owner, IQC tracking ,(can add sign department like RD,PE, Purchasing dept etc. ,choose action require to track) 四、 Create data Confirm follow-up responsible ownership.

  6. Change Management Monthly Change Form Fill out Monthly Change List every Monthly Change

Change Management Monthly Change Form Choose Change Month, only choose current month or next month Confirm and send Choose supplier’s director SQE Owner:Compal SQE Owner Owner: supplier’s engineer System automatically display create date and create staff Choose Change Type If change select Yes, then fill out change type relative information, else don’t display relative information P.S.: Mark the Red mark * in order to fill out the field

  8. Change Management Change Item P.S. : 1. Must key in monthly change before Create Change Item 2. Mark the Red mark * in order to fill out the field Confirm and send Key in Change 的detail data
