Whythistopic? 2 • Effective learning to learn competences help learners to deal with transitions more effectively. • Social networks, digital media, serious games, virtual worlds, ePortfolio and blogs • may support development of learning to learn competences. • If the same approaches/tools are used throughout SE and HE the transition phase may be easier for students and more effective in terms of learning.
