  3. What do colleges look at? • Rigor of high school course work • GPA – demonstrated success in rigorous courses • Test Scores • Have you shown an interest in them? In your major? • How well rounded are you?

  4. A Note About Test Scores • ACT vs. SAT • When to test? • Begin junior year, especially if in a Math course. • Super Scoring • Colleges take the highest combination of scores if you test more than once.
